Recently Facebook updated this user interface. One thing I noticed is that my employer on my Facebook profile did not link to my Company page any longer. I tried multiple things such as re-adding my employer, but nothing seemed to work. I think Facebook has a bug here, but here is a workaround to get it to work.
1. First you have to get your company Id. Go to your company page, click ‘edit’ and copy the numbers out of the URL
2. Next, get the Firefox web developer addon here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/60/
3. Use Firefox, go to your personal profile and click ‘Edit Profile’
4. Click on ‘Education & Work’
5. Click to Edit your employer. you can see here I have already went through the process and it worked.
6. Now open Display Form Details in the Firefox web developer
7. Now add your company id in the ’employer_id’ field. There will probably be a number there, just paste right over top of it. I struggled with this a bit. I would think this would be the only thing I needed to replace, but I ended up having to remove experience_id and entry_id and submit it with those blank. If you replace employer_id and it doesnt work, delete the other 2 fields
8.Click ‘Save Changes’
9. When I went to my profile, it still showed the old company. So I clicked back on ‘Edit Profile’ and ‘Employer Information’ and there were 2 companies there, the wrong one and the right one. I deleted the wrong one and the correct company profile then showed up on my personal profile.
Seems like a lot to do to make the correct company show up on your profile. Hopefully Facebook will get this bug fixed soon.

i have been trying for the past 2hours to delete the information i have previously put on my employers profile on face-book. i have tried all the instructions given me but still it wont delete in fact this website is giving me hell. please help me delete all the information there.
To delete the employer info off your profile, just click 'Edit Profile' > 'Education & Work' > and click the little 'x' to the right of the 'Employer Information' panel
