Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning is a top-rated Atlanta carpet cleaning company. As a locally-owned and operated woman-owned business, their commitment to going the extra mile wasn’t coming through on their website.
Challenge:
Citrus Fresh had a fledgling web presence, but it wasn’t well-optimized for search – something essential for a thriving local business. The site also contained a ton of useful information that was tough to navigate through. Citrus Fresh, a company with primarily female clientele, needed a site that felt feminine, neat, classic and easy to navigate for busy users.
Solution:
Knowing how important it was to the client to create a great user experience as an extension of their outstanding customer service, Black Bear began by streamlining the number of pages on the site and ensuring the content on each was helpful, and meaningful for users. Our designers created elegant yet cheerful graphics and selected images that underscored the colorful Citrus Fresh branding.
