- Click Start, Control Panel and then Mail.
- Click Show Profiles.
- Click Add and Enter a name for your new profile. Click Ok.
- Fill out the fields as follows:
- Your Name: This is the name you wish others to see when they receive emails from you.
- E-mail Address: Should be as follows: user@yourdomain-extention.ihostexchange.net
- Password: This is your email password.
- Retype Password: You must enter your password again.
- Click Next.
- Check the box Don’t ask me about this website again and click Allow.
- Enter your regular email address and password.
- Click Finish.
