How can I use the configuration tool to setup my Outlook profile?
- Access the following link to download the configuration tool.
- Click Run in the File Download window.
- Click Run in the Open File window.
- In the Outlook Profile Name field, enter a name for your profile, your SherWeb hosted Exchange email address and then, click Ok.
- When the ihostexchange Profile window pops up, click Ok.
- Start Outlook.
- A window will pop up asking you to connect to VMBX101.ihostexchange.net. Enter your Exchange email address into the username field, your Exchange password into the password field and click Ok.
- In the Profile name window, select the profile name Exchange Outlook Profile in the scroll down menu and then, click Ok.
- When the VMBX1XX.ihostexchange.net pop up window appears, enter your Exchange email address into the username field, your Exchange password into the password field and then, click Ok.
