Adding a Signature to Outlook
- Click the Mail Format tab
- Click Signatures
- Click New, and type the name
- Add the text by typing in the box, or add an image by clicking the image button
- From the drop down menu, select whether you want the new signature to be applied to New Messages, Replies, or both
- Click Ok and Apply
