Adding a Signature to Outlook

  1. Click the Mail Format tab
  2. Click Signatures
  3. Click New, and type the name
  4. Add the text by typing in the box, or add an image by clicking the image button
  5. From the drop down menu, select whether you want the new signature to be applied to New Messages, Replies, or both
  6. Click Ok and Apply
